It saves a lot time for having not to reverse engineer existig cartridge. Anyone having schematic for RA-6 ?? Joanna (note.. some electronics technobabble coming up) Connection is really easy. Allthough that battery connection makes me wonder what will happen if my CZ-101 does not have backup batteries in it.. Will it use Card Battery instead (looks like that?) That TTL was for inverting CS and WE sigals.. quite unique system, usually those are active low on all systems. Havign 2 srams makes me wonder.. I think it's safe and more convinient to replace them with one bigger as all current ones are much much bigger then 2k*8 used on that design. Anyone having idea how RA-6 differs to RA-3 ... my assumption is that it's having more address lines connected so it's using biggeer area of memory to store all data? And, that it may have some way to identify it to (like that diode form pin 11 to pin 3 on these schemas) That anoter WE signal (pin4)is a bit strage.. it's not used on those cards though.
