It's more true than you can imagine. It's basically a complex modular where the oscillators are sample based. Which is not a bad idea since it gives you a limitless variety of oscillators. The modulations available are ming boggling. It' also true that Kurzweil comes packed with excellent samples already, so it sounds great without any programming whatsoever. I guess many people never touch its programming side partly because of that.... Maxim
