Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hello list members,

I am new on this list, so I'll introduce myself first:

My name is Sascha, 29, from Berlin, Germany. I do some spare time audio
programming and make some music from time to time :)
I own a VZ10-M for 1.5 years now. I grew up with the 80s' music, so I
simply have to love this thing. Even my girlfriend says there must be a
little Vince Clark in it :D
But programming it is hell.

AFAIK there is no Cubase mixer map for it out there, am I right? Or
simply blind?
I would build one, but I got no manual neither an implementation chart
for it.

I just need a list of possible controllers and sysex messages. So could
someone help out here? The results will be downloadable for all, of
course :)
