Just some thoughts of what I'd do .... I know you don't want slower envelopes- but do try adding a value of 1-5 for the attack time to see if the clicks go away. The added time may just kill the click (and you might not even notice the slower attack). Also- see if you are modulating something with an Envelope "spike "- that could cause the click. (for instance- a modulating envelope with 0 attack - high level - and super fast decay).
