Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi!  I recently purchased a Casio CZ-1000, and it seems to be out of tune by
one whole step...  so when I press down on C, I get a D instead...  I
attempted to press the master tune up button, but it doesn't move up the
tune up.  Is there another key that I can press down to get the tune back to
normal?  Thanks:)
