Casio has a number in New Jersey you can call for old CZ manuals. I 
believe they are hard copy -no PDF's (I may be wrong)

There is also a music company in New York City called Rogue Music who 
will sell you copies of the original CZ synth manuals (I'm pretty 
sure they have the CZ-1) You might want to try and look them 
up.  ...I can't remember the contact information.
