Hi, Jon! Thank you for visiting my site. I'm very glad to hear you're enjoying your HT. When I tested HT's auto shut-down problem, I connected my Roland XP-50 with it. As you pointed out, it seems that XP's internal sequencer sent MIDI clock endlessly that kept my HT-3000 awake. I think it's worth trying connecting HT with a sequencer. I hope your success!
