The CZ-3000 doesn't have the sequencer hardware (ie buttons) of the CZ-5000. I seem to recall seeing a stand alone sequencer mentioned somewhere. Perhaps its the RZ-1. Maybe there is a *.pdf for that. I don't have time to scan the CZ-5000 manual (unless you wanna pay me to make a hard copy at Staples or Office Max). I can look a question or two up for you. The recorder has two record modes: real and step-time. It is fairly intuitive from the buttons, except how to go into record mode. I seem to recall looking that up for someone previously.
