Hi all! I just got today a never used (looks like never used, inside- out, but the guy told me the floppy doesn't work) sampler and need some info on that. It has a SCSI-looking interface on the back and it says external port. I have an Ensoniq EPS 16+, Akai S3000i, and a Syntec 2 CD 2 HD SCSI interface (rack). I also have a Phillips external SCSI cd device drive, and a SCSI hard disk in an Apple case. Q: 1. Can I connect anything of that to this sampler to make it store samples/synth patches? 2. I read it has additive sythesis and waveforms? Can I use those without the floppy? 3. OS load: floppy, rom, ram or SCSI? (I'm not sure I want to plug it in, until I connect a right floppy or the non-working one (now unplugged) - just paranoid like that, since I almost burned the EPS when I connected the SCSI cable to the flash rom interface.... it looked the same, the cables fit... but..... :)) Thanks, Josh
