Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Are you getting an error message on the VZ-10m when you try to send 
the patches? If so, what is the exact wording of the message? (That 
may be a clue to the cause of the problem.)

Also, can your software receive patches from the VZ-10m (manually or 
automatically).
