Mmmm... so it's copyrighted material.
I did al little search on the internet and I think the book is still 
available.
As the book is not from Casio (who doesn't really care about putting 
their material on the net), I will remove the files from the group.
That's the most honest thing to do in respect for the authors...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
