The difference between VZ-1 and VZ-10m is minimal, so you should get along with 
the manual...
Other than that you can also download the VZ-Powerplay book from the files 
section of this list...

No, it's completely on-topic, this forum is about the Casio Pro Series, even so I 
started it as CZ-Series Forum...

Well, check the files section, you should find some informations about the VZ 
including my not yet finished tutorial...
Also check the CZ-VZ-Files list for additional files, like several sound banks...
