I happen to have used SoundDiver. I made a small attempt 
playing with the timing but couldn't get it to work either. However, 
when I say small I mean small !  I do recall asking about this on 
the SD  user group and some people said it worked for them. 
You and I aren't that lucky. Unfortunately I don't have that 
equipment hooked up at the moment and I am unfamiliar with 
Midiquest. Keep messin around. If you find what the timing is, let 
us know.
