The MT I/O cable I have (I think its the right one) is a DIN plug with 8 pins arranged as follows: (1) 7 pins arranged in a circle [if you imagine an 8th pin completing the circle in line with the alignment notch] with the 8th pin a little off center [towards the notch] from the actual center. OR (2) like a smiley face with two pins as eyes, one as a nose and 5 as the mouth There are three small phone plugs (1) black = play (2) red = record (3) white = pause (1) and (2) are standard [I think] cassette tape recorder audio I/O plugs. (3)is standard remote pause plug. BTW, I did an experiement a few years ago recording and playing back the audio into a wav file [on the CZ-5000]. It worked. But sysex makes so much more sense to use. I would recommend sysex dumps for the RZ as well. Is there some reason why you couldn't use sysex dumps? --Steve --- In CZsynth@yahoogroups.com, "mikelisest" <allbreth@...> wrote: > > Yes, looks like a DIN pinout, but with 3 more pins, in the center, I > think...
