Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Heres the story. I bought a CZ-1 that should have been a simple fix. So 
far I have replced most all of the tactile switches on the board under 
the parameter controls. This side of the board looked to had been spilt 
on and most these functions were unaccessible. Now I have all of these 
controls back with the replacements. Next I just replaced the internal 
memory battery. I am experiencing the same kind of volume problem as 
group member discussed on earlier post. This is my first time using a 
CZ or digitally programmed synth. I do not know how to save new 
patches, when i press write it asks where I want to save to?. some of 
my keys velocity is terrible, I would like to turn the velocity 
function off. I am fearing that this keyboard has to many problems I 
cannot fix. I would like to get a hold of a sound cartridge to see if 
when plugged in, my synth jumps to life but right now even when I go 
through and change many parameters I hardly get a change in its sound 
or it goes into some crazy sustain mode were I hit a key and it plays 
out for like over 30 seconds. Is there a way to reset its original 
parameters for the factory presets to come back?  I also have two keys 
that wont play and one you have to press very hard, after cleaning the 
contacts underneath these keys there was no improvement. Any 
suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
