Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I doubt you can operate the VZ from the computer w/o the display.
Here's why: you have to activate Sysx dumps from the front panel even 
though the rest of the editing is done in software. That's annoying. 
That's my experience with VZ-8m (a great synth, by the way).

Some synths are this way, some are not.
