The CZ-3000 used to send a fixed velocity value of 64 which is low. 
Normally you'd use a velocity of 90-100.
I have programmed CZ-3000 sounds into the Korg Wavestation EX. 
With the VS waveforms you can emulate the analog-style CZ-
sounds. Ring-modulation sounds are difficult, since the 
Wavestation doesn't have ring-modulation.
