I think I see what you are doing, Narfman. What I don't understand is why can't someone create a software program to do all of this "right out of the box"? i.e. for us less technical people who don't have a lot of computer knowledge. I just want something quick and easy. Something that will look like Steinberg's Cubase SX (or something like it), and will run on MAC and PC. ...and have all the MIDI built in. The JSynthLib is cool, but why is it so hard to download it. I hear that people who are trying to use it on MAC OS have a really hard time getting it started. hope it helps. --- In CZsynth@yahoogroups.com, "narfman96" <narfman96@...> wrote: > > Rob, > > I've been sitting here with my Casio AZ-1 controller playing some > sort of NI B4 thing on my laptop (what's all this ASIO crap, anyway?) > I'm wondering what programs you've tried to drive the CZ from PC? > Midi-Ox can record everything I play on my CZ1 or the AZ-1 controller. > Then the script file can be replayed with all the CC and program > changes.
