Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I don't think that any of these are the book you're looking for. I 
found one on Ebay and it doesn't look anything like these other 
books. Here's the item number: 270064492297   It's in the UK for 
$4.99L. 
Did you get to try any of the CZ-1 patches?
