Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

that might be it.  i do not really hear the whine but it does snap after as if it just charged 
up.  when i found it a 13v instead of a 9v adapter was plugged into it, i got the 9v now...  

can't say i can id a capacitor on a board, when i opened it up nothing showed damage.
