Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

hi everyone. like the title says, i've got a problem with my CZ-1.
i recently pulled it out of the closet after a few years of sitting 
around, and it was locked up. none of the keys or buttons were 
working, and no sound at all. i replaced the lithium battery, and 
while cleaning it found a 3/8 washer stuck in the cartridge port(you 
gotta love kids!:D)  well, after removing the washer and initializing 
the sysem, i ended up with bank A-1 and that's about it.
about half of the buttons are still dead, but i have some hope.
is it possible to reset it? or is that what the initialize function is 
for?
