-Thanks for the advice mike, but i've already done that.
it will initialize just fine, but i am still having problems.  this 
weekend i plan on taking the control panel apart and cleaning all the 
contacts.  maybe this will do something

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
