Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi Jeremy

Regarding the dead floppy disk, this is a common problem with all the 
FZ's. The problem is caused by the fact that the floppy drive never 
switches off - even after the sample has been loaded and the light 
goes off. The disk just continues to spin, wearing itself and the 
disk out eventually. To stop your good FZ's floppy dying, always 
eject the disk when the sample has finished loading. T

There are ways to replace the FZ drive with a modified PC floppy 
drive here:
