Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I'm glad you guys find that stuff interesting.  All those test are
somewhat overkill, but that's what it takes for me to make sense of
it.  I'm definitely interested in using those extra waves, windows,
and modulation, so I'm looking at making some kind of homebrew
computer application that can make use of them.  I will definitely
share it when/if it ever happens.

Also, there's a lot of bytes left in a sysex message that haven't been
fully tested.  There might still be some interesting things hiding out!
