First off, thanks for posting the link to the CZ-500 Manual. Second, I'd like to suggest to the designers here some mods. (I don't have the expertise.) The CZ Stereo Chorus seems to have potential [pardon the pun]. Seriously, the user interface simply allows to CZ owners to increase the chorus effect from 0% to 100%. However (and remember, I am not an electronic engineer), the CZ-5000 manual spells out the circuitry of the chorus and it looks to me like it might be possible to tap into it an make additional user controls. If I am right, it might be possible to: (1) develop manual controls (knobs to vary the effects) (2) develop programmable controlling circuitry (effects presets) I am wondering if the engineers here think this is possible. If so, it would be nice to breathe new life into the CZ Stereo Chorus. (See schematic on p. 3 [original page number] and block diagram on p. 44.) Also, I am wondering if someone would be motivated to develop an add- on board to increase the capabilities of the sequencer (on-board storage and slection of songs, inputting of non-documented note values, etc.) Just some thoughts. --Steve --- In CZsynth@yahoogroups.com, "Patrick Wichrowski" <patrickillian2@...> wrote: > > the complete service manual of the "Casio CZ 5000 Cosmosynthesizer" !!! > > 43 megas: > > > http://www.4shared.com/file/40060398/87aff40d/Casio_CZ_5000_Service_M anual.html >
