Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

i got a casio cz 1000 but cant get it to work i have no output either 
on line out or phones ...any ideas ? btw opened it up and there is a 
blue cable in the air starting from the battery section and seems it 
was soldered somewhere but dont know...is this soldered in a ok 
casio ?...all seems normal it turns on and you can edit sounds but no 
sound at all...
