Have you pressed the "P button" (see page 3 of the Operation Manual)?
 If not, you may have to give it a firm push.  I use a small Phillips
screwdriver.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
