Congrats on your NEW VZ. (I have the VZ-8M.) You may want to check out the files section here and in the companion/overflow group for VZ files. Several users have posted some patches. As I recall, one user (Clifford, I think) posted two banks of original patches that really push the VZ synth engine. Others have posted some excellent, original patches as well.
