Yes, this is weird. I've had the same problem. I've been able to overcome this by not having a midi cable connected between the midi out socket on the CZ and midi in on the computer. I think what happens is that if the CZ is sending Midi to the computer, Sound Diver tries to confirm with the cz that the last data sent has been recieved. The acknowledgement exchange between sound diver and the cz is slow for some reason. If the the cz is receving midi in but not sending any out to the computer, sound diver seems to just take for granted that everything is OK and there is no hold-up and keeps on sending out patch data... Or something like that. This problem doesn't seem to happen with other editors. I favour my Atari for editing. Hope that helps.
