Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

I am just about to write to andreas.goransson3@...  - he created the FXDUMP program - I have just tried the FZ_EX program which is for XP.

I managed to get the sysx to the PC - but it will not go back again - which is a shame as I have downloaded some MOOG samples and all I can get is DATA ERROR.
 
I am presuming that you are trying to work out the handshaking protocol for the FZ (I've just managed to get a FZ1 for £20 from ebay) - you might try Andreas - but I am writing to him anyway to see if I can get the idea of what the heck is going on.

well i want to know about the header because i am able to program,, and this
would allow me to write my own program...

i know i can use a program to catch the sysex and then moniter it during
execution
but , this is not an expert insight to our protocol..
i need accurate notes .
