No I don't think it is a continuous controller. It's a sysx string and I can't remember if it just resets the tuning to A=440Hz or if it lets you tune over a range. It exists though as I used to have it embedded in my default cakewalk template so that all my CZs got auto tuned every time I started cakewalk. Someone might have loaded a CZ sysx chart in the files area of this group, you may find the string there.
