One of the recent responders made the statement that there were no clone carts available for the cz-101 cz-1000 to the best of their knowledge. That notion might be in need of changing I have different kind of carts for the cz series that I purchased in the 80s. One is called the MAARTISTS DATA RAM 64 voice memory or the MRA-3. It was manufactured by the company Maartist Inc. of Jackson Kentucky 41339. It uses Cr3032 Lithium cells for batteries if my memory is correct, The other is the EZ-CZ cart which was manufactured by MicroFanatics Inc. with a phone number of (201) 838-5606. The EZ-CZ actually uses two triple aaa batteries. Just a longshot but maybe these guys still exist and in some dusty closet somewhere there could be located a few of these antiques for the desperate CZ aficionado. --- In CZsynth@yahoogroups.com, Jason Adkins <jason_ralf808@...> wrote: > > Actually thats a good thing,no batteries leaking and knackering the > motherboard. > Just the battery compartment keep an eye on. > > J > > > On 23 Mar 2012, at 22:56, Francis Cote wrote: > > > Well, my Cz1000 uses 6 D batteries. > > I was astound when I saw that! > > > > On 2012-03-23 6:11 PM, "Jason Adkins" <jason_ralf808@...> > > wrote: > > ** > > > > > > Has the CZ101/1000/3000/5000 got a battery on it's motherboard? > > i.e. a soldered in job,and pain up the arse to replace? > > > > J > > > > > > > > On 23 Mar 2012, at 21:37, 350ypvs@... wrote: > > > >> The battery used in the RA3 is a Lithiu... > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > Yahoo!
