Hi Vince, Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner, unfortunately my VZ10M is packed away at the moment, however I do recall the setting being at the low to medium end of the scale. From what I recall, you can't set it too slow, just too fast. Setting it very slow still works, it can just end up being inconveniently slow.... Hope that helps.
