sound quest / midi quest  will do just that ,
 via midi cable and usb hubs
sound quest will allow sound design via a pc  etc

"hands free" programming, synth edit etc

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
