Hello I tried to clean my good old CZ-1 yesterday and suddenly, after putting it all together again - it died completely. No LED, no lights on anymore, just nothing. I checked the input voltage at the transformer, it is as expected 230V. There is no voltage level on the secondary part of the transformer (while the board is still attached - ie. I did not yet try the transformer without the attached board). So all the 15V and 5V supply for analog and digital circuits are now unavailable (almost 0 V). The fuses are all OK, so I suppose it is in fact the transformer that died... or does the transformer switch off automatically in case of a short circuit or high temperature? :-( Did anyone of you guys have similar experience? Do you know if I can replace the transformer easily, will a universal transformer be OK for the CZ-1? Or do I have to buy a special one from CASIO? Probably it is not available anymore anyway.... Thanks for helping out a little. Cheers Terry
