Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi all,
i encounter the above message when trying to load banks to my VZ10m. I followed the insructions in the Midiox Settings.pdf posted but still I got the same response. 

Is there a description available for that error message.

I'm new to the group and just recently reanimated my VZ
