Re: [CZsynth] Re: Drums on Casio CZ - can anyone help me out?

Ah, how fondly I remember the conversation about good
old preset #16. I think that I might have started it
by asking if there was a way that I could save my own
sounds over presets, citing #16 as a perfect example
of one that I would never use. But! Wonder of all
wonders, my band actually used it in one our
recordings! We have one song where at the end all
members stop playing their instruments and just dance,
while the drum machine has a bit of a "solo". So, of
course we couldn't cut the song short on the
recording, and we have the appropriait amount of
dancing time with just the drum machine. Then, just
to make things interesting, Conrad decides to play a
bit of "tap dancing" solo at the end of the song...
using the Casio CZ preset #16, of course! A very
nice touch indeed.
