Can anyone help me get my windows computer to talk to my newly purchased VZ-10m?
I have the proper connections (Roland Out-to-VZ In & Roland In-to-VZ Out), Windows is communicating properly thru the Roland UM-One (proper lights flash when sending Midi to VZ using the Windows Midi-OX program), speakers are plugged into the VZ and volume is up.
I get no indicators or sound from the VZ.
I have the VZ-10m manual, the Power Play manual, and assume I may need to set the VZ into some mode in order to accept I coming MIDI and play it but am unable to find such.
My ultimate goal is to use an Editor/Librarian to create my own sounds, save them to the RAM Card that came with the unit, and plug the RAM Card into my Casio PG-380 Midi guitar for use there.
Thanks for any and all help in advance.
