Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hi all,


I recently acquired a CZ-1 and I was just going through The Easy CZ Book 
that was posted in the group files section. This book is indeed easy to 
follow but there is still a detail that keeping me puzzled on the patch 
sheets...


I don't understand why there is 4 DCO wave combinations for each patch 
where it's only possible to enter 2 DCO wave combinations by tone. It 
indicates the rate and level of the 8 envelope points for both DCO, DCW 
and DCA, but it also indicates 4 DCO wave combinations on the right side 
as for instance on "Sound 2 Violin 1":


WAVE
1:1
2:0


and then for the second oscillator:


WAVE
1:2
2:5


Since there is only 2 wave forms by DCO, how are we suppose to set those 
4 oscillators?


I guess I must be missing a something dumb but this is now really 
leaving me scratching my head...
