Just as I was on my way home - I started wondering what the heck I did with it and if I did not have it,whether one could connect to the edge connector and make one's own...
I recall I had it in my parts box,along with the stripey rubber connectors- I'll have a look,but I suspect time has made it disappear into the ether.....
