Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

During the mid 80's Casio used to produce a remote full size keyboard 
which was worn over the shoulder like a guitar. 

Q1: Does anyone know the model number of this?
Q2: Does anyone know where I could borrow / buy one?
