Sort of, I am using a CZ101, it seems to work fine. The one thing I did
have to do was set both send and receive to the same channel. Make sure the
CZ is set to ENA for MIDI sysex, if I recall correctly. Unfortunately I
don't know if the CZ1 is all that different, but I believe it is supposed to
work.
