I've just created a .pdf from my CZ-101 manual. It's pretty large, around 15MB. It's the complete manual in its original color with the extra MIDI implementation sheet. If anyone wants one, I've posted it at this link: ftp://ftp.sonic.net/pub/users/craigw/ I'll try and make another that's a smaller size when I have time.
