Hi. James created a smaller file from the one I originally created. I've put it on my ftp server at the same link: ftp://ftp.sonic.net/pub/users/craigw/ I think you'll find this version is much more user-friendly. The file is titled: CZ101 - small.PDF. your download might have gotten corrupted. the one i downloaded works just
