Problem power down detector

Hello All, My CZ-101 has decided that it'll only boot up when it feels like it. I have the service manual, and I've concluded that the problem is either in the power down detector or it's a faulty relay switch. I think the faulty switch is more likely, but if any one here has a more informed opinion, I'd be grateful. It might be easier just to buy another CZ... FWIW, as service manuals go it's rather good.
