The VZ-10 has internal RAM for user sounds and it's easy to bulk dump this
so unless you need more than 64 of your own sounds for live work you should
not need a RAM. If you used Windows the VZ-10 is supported by Midi Quest
(www.squest.com) makes editing easier but it is really support for the VZ-1
so does not fully support the multi features of the VZ-8.

Are the ROMs Casio sound sets or third party? Midi Quest comes with a
library of free sounds that Sound Quest have collected from the web.

Regards

Graham

I have the VZ-8m. Any chance you could upload the ROM card patches
as SysEx files? I'd like to hear what they sound like.

Midi Quest is an Editor Librarian that supports lots of different Midi
Devices, it gives you a graphical way to edit the sounds...

VZ10 - copy modules?

2003-09-03 by phonophobie

hi i just did made my first patch with my vz10m. i used the init
patch a source just to get an idea how to make sounds from scratch.
basicly i have one big question.... yep, is it possible to copy
modules (parameter in menu1 ) to other modules? for example copy
module 1 to module 6 ..... i hope it is :)
