Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Hello, CZ-folk.

Does anyone know where I could find Charlie Lauria? If that name 
doesn't sound familiar, he was creating CZ patches back in the 80s, 
publishing them as Atari ST files, and as patch books.

I bought his CZ Orchestra, and I still use many of his sounds. The 
string ensembles and brass were pretty good, and his Recorder patch 
had listeners fooled into thinking that I had a live player hidden in 
the wings.

Anyway, I remember his publishing at least two other books, and I was 
wondering if a) he was still extant, and b) he was still selling.
