Link Cables for FZs

Hi Everyone. I have just got hold of a FZ-10 rack, and lucked onto a FZ-1 on ebay over the weekend. FZ Heaven! Once I get these beasts going, it seems that I should hook them together using the 25 pin port on the back. Questions -Does anyone know what this cable looks like or how its cofigured? -The manual states that its for moving data between two units. Is that all it can do? No other control features?
