Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

hi guys! anyone care to explain the best way to load sounds into a cz-
5000? i tried loading midiquest 9xL but had forgotten that there's a 
bug on the cd and it zaps my xp -- this was even confirmed by mike at 
soundquest. so tonight i'm backing up my drive (almost too late), 
wiping my laptop's HD, and reinstalling XP (aw shucks) and would like 
to know a safe way to perform sysex transfers using xp.

CZ Sysex Editor ;)

or the programs made for Atari :D
