Sysex from CZ101

Sysex from CZ101

I can upload sounds to my CZ101 without any problems using SysEx Librarian for Mac OS X.

But can I initiate sysex-dump (all 16 sounds) manually from CZ101 also? Studying the
CZ1000 manual (only got that) I see no such thing.

Did you try sending the CZ a dump request from the SysEx Librarian?

It's a sysex command that says to the CZ, "Hey, CZ! Send me patch data
for patch XYZ." The CZ should reply with the requested patch data.

I'd like to do that but where's that function in SysEx Librarian
(http://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/)?

But anyhow, there's no button on the actual CZ101 to initiate sysex dump, correct?

On the CZ1 there is, just press:

[CARTRIDGE/MIDI]
[PAGE DOWN]
[SAVE]

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
